Beyond The Athlete (BTA) is the nonprofit that supports Oregon Top Prospects (OTP) as a premier girls’ basketball program dedicated to developing skilled, confident, and college‑ready female athletes. Through national circuit teams and regional youth development programs across Oregon, they provide a professional training environment rooted in long‑term growth, elite competition, and meaningful mentorship.
